📦 Return & Exchange Policy (Customized Items)

At Simply Craftastic by Cyndi, LLC, all items are made to order, including our trucker hats, shirts, and tumblers. Because of this, we have the following policy:

🔒 All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items once production has started.

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

📸 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will make it right if there’s an issue on our end.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos if:

Your item arrives damaged
There is a printing or manufacturing defect
You received the wrong item

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

⚠️ Customer Responsibility
Please double-check all details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for:

Spelling or design errors that were approved
Incorrect sizes selected
Wrong shipping address provided at checkout
